FHS is now set up to provide transcripts through www.Parchment.com. Transcripts for the FHS Class of 2010 and beyond may be able to be sent electronically.  If you graduated in 2009 or earlier, please use the information and document below this link box to order your transcript.

  FHS Class of 2009 and prior Transcript Requests

If you need an official transcript mailed to a college/university, place of business,etc., please complete the Transcript Release Form. 

You can fax it to the Guidance Office at (989) 652-1920 or you can mail it to the high school, 525 E. Genesee St., Frankenmuth MI  48734

When requesting records, grade reports or transcripts from the Guidance Office, please provide 48 hours advanced notice for processing of your request.
