Q: Are you open on days school is cancelled?

A: Yes, we do provide care on snow days, as well as on some vacation days.  However we are CLOSED on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Vacations. Please print out the complete list of Closed Days from the Documents page.

Q:  What happens if my child is sick and I've already paid for that day?

A:  First, please call and let us know not to expect them that day.  Second, you can trade for another day within the same week, otherwise you will lose the day. 

Q: When are payments due?

A: Payments are due the previous Thursday for the following week of care.  For example, your payment would be due on August 23, for the week of August 27-31.

Q: Will my child be taken to their kindergarten/preschool classroom?

A: Yes, we will take and pick up your child from their classrooms.
